About
I lead organizations in navigating uncertain planetary futures to turn risk into regenerative innovation.
Currently at Autodesk, I develop long-horizon planetary future scenarios to advise climate strategy and investment and manage our research on artificial general intelligence. Previously I co-founded IDEO's Climate Practice, designing strategies and products to address the strategy and product challenges of Fortune 500s, NGOs, and startups. I've worked in-house at the U.S. Department of Energy, The Nature Conservancy, and UN-funded environmental research. I serve as a Keeling Curve Prize Judge, a Hatch Blue oceans startup advisor, and a NYU Multispecies CoLab advisor.
I’ve spoken at places like the UN COP Blue Zone, Climate Week NYC, Stanford, and the Long Now Foundation. My work has been recognized by Forbes, Bloomberg, and FastCompany’s World Changing Ideas Award, and my immersive futures art has exhibited in London, Dubai, and San Francisco—inviting people to step into what comes next.
My North Star is stabilizing the climate, protecting irreversible natural loss, and moving humanity towards a trajectory of stewardship. Originally from Hawai‘i with Peruvian Quechua ancestry, I’m often in the ocean—freediving, surfing, and trying to flow through uncertain times.
